Simply connect to the Virtual Wrench system through your console by pressing the 3 button twice and a service technician will call you back and help you make any necessary adjustments.

In the office
With your permission, our technicians can view and adjust settings, look at your field terrain and base station location, and ultimately, diagnose and repair 90% of problems. If the problem can’t be fixed virtually, we can swap units to keep you working while we repair your system in our shop.

The Bronze Member Service Plan is offered exclusively to our mojoRTK customers through Virtual Wrench. mojoRTK Bronze Members will receive the following:

  • Coverage of up to four mojoRTK products per address/location
  • Installation Phone Support*
  • 4-pack of Virtual Wrench service tickets
  • Phone support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (MST)
  • Bronze Member Service Plan must be purchased with the mojoRTK system to enable
    installation and field support.
